Through a special app, Easy Mail provides all its clients with the possibility (allows all its clients) to issue themselves the shipment invoice, keep their own record of recipients, perform simple or advanced (complex) shipment tracing, and daily monitor the charging of their account (billing).

shipping insurance

All domestic shipments are automatically insured without cost to the customer up to the amount of 50 € for documents and up to the amount of 100 € for parcels. The shipments abroad are respectively secured up to the amount of $ 100 U.S.

For values greater than the above , there is the possibility of an additional insurance coverage through our insurance company, with a premium of 0.8 % of the insured value at the expense of the sender. For insured values exceeding 3.000 € prior authorization is required.

Also for more complex projects, a specific insurance contract can be conducted, with a monthly charge that can be individually determined.
