How long does it take to deliver a shipment?

Shipments that are being sent within the same city can be delivered on the same day in 1-4 hours depending on the service chosen or the next day using the most economical service.
Shipments that are being sent between cities throughout Greece are delivered within 24 hours to key destinations and within 2-3 days in remote and difficult to access destinations. How can I calculate the cost of my shipment?

The cost of shipment is determined according to destination, type of service selected, the weight and any other special services if selected.

How can I track my shipment?

All clients are provided with the opportunity to do through the company's Web Tracking, simple or advanced shipments search, and monitor daily progress at all stages of transport to their final delivery, thus having complete control.

How can I measure the weight of a shipment?

The charge for each shipment depends on the combination of size and weight (according to the IATA regulations). The calculation of the volumetric weight of the shipment is being done by multiplying the parcel's 3 dimensions and dividing the result by 5000 (length x height x width in centimeters/5.000).
If the volumetric weight of the shipment is greater than the actual weight, then the charge is based on the volumetric weight.

Unacceptable Postal Items:

Easy mail does not accept carriage and shipment of the following items: Money - poorly packed fragile items - activated credit cards - prepaid time cards of fixed and mobile telephony - gold in any form - gold watches - jewelry - precious gemstones and metal - ancient items - works of Art - not reproducible documents or objects (eg correspondence, films, video of presonal value, stamps, lottery, antiques) - perishable food - plants - narcotics - inflammable, explosive and radioactive material - biologic material - infectious, corrosive and poisinous substances - arms or parts of arms - animals - pornographic material and in general, items whose transportation is prohibited by international conventions or organizations (IATA, ICAO) or/and provisions of EU or/and National legislation.

When and in which way will I get cash return regarding a cash-in-advance shipment?

Cash return process for the regions of Attica and Thessaloniki is on a daily basis and on the next working day after the delivery, at the bank account provided by the client. Payment for cash-in-advance shipments is completed every Friday concerning the shipments that were delivered the week before.

Until what time can I hand over a shipment in order to be delivered on the same day?

Easy Mail provides same-day delivery in the regions of Attica and Thessaloniki within four hours depending on the client's instructions. Same-day shipment processing schedule is 09:00-18:00 and delivery time is formed after agreement with the client. Which are the company's opening hours?

Working days are from Monday to Saturday. Week days we are open from 08:00 a.m. til 20:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 09:00 a.m. til 14:00 p.m.

How can I insure a shipment?

All domestic shipments are automatically insured (without cost to the customer or the recipient) up to the amount of 50,00 € for documents and up to the amount of 100 € for parcels. For values greater than 100€, there is the possibility of an additional insurance coverage with a premium of 0.8 % of the insured value. For insured values exceeding 3.000 € prior arrangement is required with the corresponding Easy Mail store.

How can I state the damage/loss of my shipment?

If your shipment hasn't arrived at the destination or has sustained a damage during transportation towards the recipient, you must contact Easy Mail's Damage Department at +30 210 4835000 for Athens and +30 2310 590500 for Thessaloniki and an authorized representative will guide you through the process of completing the necessary documents for the notification of the damage/loss.
